Bodhi Global Services is pleased to announce a significant expansion of it US presence.

On November 1, 2008, the Company opened its midtown New York office. The US address is 303 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1305, New York, NY 10016.

In addition, the Company has made two key management hires:

Svati Shashank – Vice President Client Relations.
An experienced corporate lawyer from Shearman & Sterling in New York with over seven years experience, Svati has represented major corporations and financial institutions in domestic and cross-border private and public financings, project development and debt restructuring. She also has extensive experience in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits, including employment and severance agreements, equity compensation, employee benefit and pension plans, and filings with the SEC. Svati received her law degree from Trinity College, Cambridge England and an LLM from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). In addition to overseeing Bodhi’s relationships with its clients, Svati will also be the key client contact in the US for corporate projects. She can be reached at svati.shashank@bodhiglobal.com.

Naseem Qadeer – Head of Litigation Support.
Naseem Qadeer is a seasoned attorney and legal assistant with twenty-two years of experience in India and the United States on large, complex cases involving massive document productions. For over 17 years, Naseem was employed by Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York, where she worked closely with senior trial lawyers and developed an expertise in complex commercial litigation. She was on the forefront of electronic document review. Naseem received her law degree from the Government Law College in Mumbai, India.
